Section 396-3-2 - Documentation of Continuing EducationA. A continuing medical education form, provided by the Board, is required to be completed and submitted to the Board at least 60 days prior to the license expiration date on odd-numbered years.B. It is the responsibility of the licensee to keep accurate and complete documentation.C. The Board may request that any licensee submit documentation of the hours claimed on the continuing medical education form.
