Chapter 2 - FEES

The following fees are hereby established by the Board:

1. Application fee: $200.00

2. License fee: $300.00

3. License renewal fee: $300.00

4. Examination fee: As specified by the test vendor.

5. Late renewal fee (less than 90 days after (expiration): $50.00

6. Late renewal fee (more than 90 days after (expiration): $200.00

7. Duplicate license fee: $10.00

8. Verification of license fee: $10.00
