Section 395-6-2 - APPLICATIONA. If a reciprocity agreement has been ratified by both the Board and the licensing authority in the reciprocal state, any plumber licensed in the reciprocal state shall be issued a Maine license of the equivalent degree in Maine. Applicants for reciprocity must submit all of the following: 1. Completed application;2. Application fee (nonrefundable);4. Documentation of experience;5. Certified statement verifying licensure from the reciprocal state.
