Section 395-3-3 - JOURNEYMAN PLUMBERA. Upon passing the journeyman plumber examination, a person may apply for licensure as a journeyman plumber. Application for licensure must be made on forms provided by the board and must be accompanied by the license fee set forth in Chapter 10, Section 5(29) of the rules of the Office of Licensing and Registration, entitled "Establishment of License Fees."B. Whenever a licensed journeyman plumber is no longer employed by a licensed master plumber, the journeyman plumber may not perform any plumbing work for which a license is required.
