Section 392-40-7 - DocumentationPharmacists must document in the pharmacy management system each person who receives a Naloxone HCl prescription under this chapter, which documentation shall include:
1. Name of the person to whom the prescription is prescribed;2. Name of the person at risk, if known and if different than the person to whom the prescription was prescribed;4. Dose and route of administration and required delivery service;6. Name of the prescribing pharmacist or health care provider; and7. Name of the dispensing pharmacist who reviewed and provided the patient or caregiver receiving an opioid antagonist, educational materials appropriate to the dosage form of the opioid antagonist dispensed as described in Section 10(2) of this chapter.02-392 C.M.R. ch. 40, § 7
