Section 385-380-4 - Installation StandardsA.State Certified Manufactured Housing - Manufactured Housing as defined in 10 M.R.S. §9002(7)(B). State-certified manufactured housing shall be installed in accordance with Chapter 110, of the Board's rules, entitled "State Certification of Modular Homes".
B. Manufactured Housing as defined in 10M.R.S. §9002(7)(A) and (C) shall be installed in accordance with one or more of the following standards: 1. Manufacturer's installation instructions;2. Installation methods approved by the Board in Chapter 890 of the Board'srules, entitled "Manufactured Home Installation Standards"; 3. Installations approved by a registered engineer or architect; and4. Manufacturer's instruction as approved by the Design Approval Primary Inspection Agency.02-385 C.M.R. ch. 380, § 4
