To be timely, an appeal must be received by the Board in writing no later thanthirty(30) days after the manufacturer or inspection agency's receipt of written notice of the suspension, revocation, order, refusal, denial or other action appealed from.Filing of the appeal is complete when the appeal is received by postal mail, express delivery, in-hand delivery, or electronic mail.Untimely appeals will not be considered.
