The applicant shall achieve passing scores as determined by the board on the written examination for certification and the oral examination for licensure designated by the board. A case presentation submitted by the applicant for use at oral examination is valid for up to 2 years after the case presentation has been approved by the board.
For applications submitted on or after the effective date of this chapter, all passing examination scores must be achieved and submitted to the board within 2 years after initial submission of the application. Applications with incomplete examination scores at the conclusion of this 2-year period will be discarded.
For applications submitted prior to the effective date of this chapter, all passing examination scores must be achieved and submitted to the board no later than November 1, 2006. Applications with incomplete examination scores after this date will be discarded. Upon adoption of this chapter, the board shall notify pending applicants of this requirement via first-class mail sent to the last known address of the applicant on file with the board.
