Section 380-13-2 - CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS REQUIRED1. Applicants shall submit a set of fingerprints to the State police or its agent so that the SBI can conduct a state CBC and a federal CBC on behalf of the Board. Applicants who fail to comply with this requirement shall not qualify for licensure.2. State and federal criminal history record information may be used by the Board for the sole purpose of screening each applicant.
