Section 373-2-12 - IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS1. Physician assistants licensed under this rule shall:A. Keep their licenses available for inspection at the location where they render medical services;B. When rendering medical services, wear a name tag identifying themselves as physician assistants; and C.
