Section 371-8-7 - EDUCATION COMMITTEEA. The Board shall elect an education committee from its members.B. The responsibilities of the education committee shall include the following: 1. To review, to approve and/or deny all educational programs based on the criteria in Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 of this Chapter.2. To review, to approve and/or deny all applications for alternative CEUs based on the criteria in Section 5. 3. To assure the timeliness of submissions.4. To provide information to the Board as deemed necessary.5. To make recommendations to the Board as deemed necessary.
