Section 371-7-4 - TERMS OF TEMPORARY LICENSEA. The temporary license shall be valid only for such employment or service as is specified in the application.B. The temporary license shall be issued for a period not to exceed three (3) months, but it may be renewed for an additional three (3) months at the discretion of the Board, upon demonstration of extreme hardship and in the interest of the public protection.C. The temporary license is non-transferable.D. There shall be an L.A.C. under contract with a facility.
