Section 360-40-5 - SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR LICENSURE

The applicant shall submit a completed application on forms furnished by the Board, together with:

1. Academic transcripts showing satisfaction of the degree requirements and core curriculum described in sections 1 and 2 above if applicable.
2. The license fee.
3. Completed form provided by the Board demonstrating land surveying experience.
