Section 331-16-7 - Inspection of RecordsMortuary trust agreements and all books, records and accounts related thereto, including the record of deposits, insurance policies and insurance records, and the accountings required by the agreements attached to and made a part of this chapter-
1. Must be made available by the funeral home for inspection by a funeral inspector or authorized employee of the Office of Licensing and Registration upon request during reasonable business hours without prior notice; and2. Must be promptly delivered by the funeral home to a state funeral inspector, authorized employee of the Office of Licensing and Registration or the board upon request.02-331 C.M.R. ch. 16, § 7
