Verification of a doctoral degree in dentistry, such as a D.M.D. or D.D.S., from a dental school whose program is accredited by CODA or the educational equivalent of a doctoral degree in dentistry as determined by the Board;B. Verification of an active, inactive, or expired dentist license in good standing issued under the laws of this State, or of an active dental license in good standing issued under the laws of another jurisdiction; andC.
