Section 313-14-XVI - DURATION OF PERMITS; NON-TRANSFERABLE; EXCEPTIONA. Permits issued by the Board pursuant to this rule expire on December 31st of odd-numbered years, and must be renewed prior to that date by the dentist. Dentists holding such permits shall be subject to review of their education, training, and office equipment and procedures at the discretion of the Board.B. Permits issued pursuant this chapter are site specific and cannot be used at or extended to another site without a new permit issued by the Board, with the exception of itinerant permits.C.
