Section 313-12-VII - SPECIFIC PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS - DEVIATION OF PRACTICE STANDARDSA. A licensee may deviate from the standards outlined in this Chapter, if the deviation is shown to be reasonable, is based upon physiological conditions or requirements, or responds to specific requests of the individual patient.
