Section 313-11-I - GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS; REQUIREMENTSA. An applicant seeking licensure by endorsement, or an applicant seeking to renew, renew late, or reinstate a license or an authority must submit an application with the appropriate fee, and any other materials required by the Board.B. An applicant has 90 days after being notified of any materials needed to complete the application to submit those materials to the Board.
