A. Achievement of a passing score on a national examination;B. Achievement of a passing score on the Maine jurisprudence examination; andC. Proof of active practice of clinical veterinary medicine for 3,000 hours during the three years preceding application.2.Application and FeesThe applicant shall submit:
A. A completed application form;B. The fees required by Chapter 10, Section 4(40) of the rules of the Office of Licensing and Registration, entitled "Establishment of License Fees;" andC.
