Section 041-531-4 - Reinstatement of LicenseA.More than 90 Days but Not More than Two Years. An individual who fails to renew a private elevator inspector's license for more than 90 days but not more than two years from the date of expiration may reinstate the license without taking the examination by filing a new application for renewal; presenting satisfactory written evidence that the applicant is QEI certified; and by filing and paying the license fee, late fee and additional late fee required by Chapters 10 and 11 of the rules of the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation.B.More than Two Years.
