Section 041-300-1 - Application and Qualification for Initial Licensure for Massage TherapistA. An applicant for Massage Therapist licensure shall comply with 32 MRSA §14306-D.B. Applications will not be considered for approval until complete. If the application is not complete, the applicant will receive a letter documenting the specific reasons for the lack of completeness.C. Application forms or supporting documents that are illegible or have been altered defaced or compromised will not be accepted.D. The application process must be completed within two (2) months from the date the application is received by the Department.
