Section 041-27-2-5 - Change of Owner or Location1. Upon a change of ownership, the original owner of the school shall submit a written notice of the ownership change together with the anticipated last day of ownership. The new school owner(s) shall file a new application with the Director no less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the anticipated ownership change. A license is only valid for the specified entity to which the license was issued to and is not transferable.2. Upon a change of location, a school shall file a new application with the Director no less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the change.
