Section 041-26-26.010 - Water Supply Requirements and StandardsThe establishment:
26.011 Shall have plumbing that provides immediate and continuous access and supply of hot and cold running water to all sinks, lavatories and shampoo bowls. Shampoo bowls shall be equipped with appropriate back flow preventers as required by the Maine Plumbing Code.26.012 Shall maintain fixtures, shampoo bowls, wash and utility sinks clean and free from cracks and similar disrepair.26.013 Shall have an eye washing station or unit readily available for employees and clients. A sink equipped with a spray hose, faucet mount eye wash unit or eye wash cup is acceptable. 02-041 C.M.R. ch. 26, § 26.010
