Section 041-22-1 - General Eligibility; Application1. The applicant shall complete and submit the appropriate prescribed application, along with the fee required by chapter 10, section 5(8) of the rules of the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation, "Establishment of License Fees," and provide such other information as may be required. Incomplete applications will be considered invalid and will not be acted upon. If the application is invalid, a new application and fee will be required.2.
