"Single-use items" means porous items made or constructed of cloth, wood, or other absorbent materials having rough surfaces that are designed for use on only one client. Single-use items include, but are not limited to: tissues; orangewood sticks; wooden applicator sticks for various uses; single-use nail file and nail filing covering for drill bits; cotton balls; some buffer blocks; and gauze.
