Section 032-540-21 - Effective Date1. General rule. This rule governs those adjudicatory proceedings pending on or commenced after the effective date, except to the extent that in the opinion of the Administrator or presiding officer the application of one or more provisions of this rule in a particular proceeding pending when the rule took effect would not be feasible or would work injustice, in which event the Administrator or presiding officer need not abide by those provisions.2. Amendments.
