Section 032-537-1 - Definitions

For purposes of this rule, the following definitions shall apply:

1. "Accredited investor" means an accredited investor as defined by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in 17 CFR ... § 230.501(a), as amended from time to time.

2. "Administrator" has the same meaning as in 32 M.R.S.A. §16102(1).
