Section 669-25-2 - SCOPE AND APPLICABILITYA.SCOPE. This rule establishes standards for adding wood to a river, stream or brook channel as defined in 38 MRSA §480-B(9). It does not govern federal lands.B. Applicability. This rule applies to treatments where only wood will be placed below the bankfull elevation of the stream and that rely on the size of the wood for stability.
