Section 026-70-5 - HearingsA.Upon request. A hearing shall be held upon receipt of a request by a person whose legal rights, duties or privileges are at issue under these rules. Failure by such person to request a hearing within 15 days of receipt of notice as provided in 4 shall be deemed a waiver of the right to a hearing.B.Board's discretion.
