Rule 020-3-25 - Conflict of Interest; Duty to Excuse

A member of the Board should disqualify himself or herself in any proceeding in which the member has reason to believe that he or she could not act with complete impartiality, or in a proceeding in which his or her impartiality might reasonably be questioned.
