Rule 020-3-20 - Conclusion of Hearing Reopening of Record; Further Proceedings

Upon the conclusion of the hearing, no other evidence or testimony shall be permitted unless the record is held open by the Board for the receipt of additional material specifically designated. The Board may reopen the record for further proceedings at any time prior to decision upon provision of appropriate notice to parties and other interested persons.
