Section 020-1-3 - Annual ReportA. Each accredited association of producers shall file an annual report with the Board by February 1. This report shall include: 1. The names and addresses of the association's officers and members who actually will bargain with a particular handler.2. An accounting of the association's expenses in providing bargaining services.3. Dues and fees received from members and non-members.4. A copy of the association's latest financial statement.5.
