Each dealer listed in section I shall engage within one week of the effective (late of this rule an independent certified public accountant to perform the review described in section2. Each dealer shall submit the accountant's report (or cause it to be submitted) to the Maine milk Commission no later than October 6, 1981. Each dealer shall take all necessary steps to expedite the accountant's performance of the review.
