The Election Superintendent shall certify to the Commissioner of the Maine Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources, the results of the election and the names and mailing addresses, as well as legal addresses, of the elected supervisors. Each supervisor candidate shall also be notified of the election results. The ballots shall be held at the district office for a period of one year following the date of election.
