No person suffering from any communicable or contagious disease shall be employed in or about an establishment where apple cider or apple juice is produced or bottled.B. Personnel shall wear clean hair restraints and outer garments and remove unsecured jewelry when working in the processing or bottling areas.C. There shall be no eating, gum chewing, or use of tobacco in any form in food processing or bottling areas.D.
