Section I-209 - Board ParticipationA. LULSTB is a public body which has powers, duties, or functions that are not limited to a particular subdivision or region and that conducts 12 meetings per year.B. A member of the board who has a disability recognized by the ADA shall be allowed to participate and vote in a meeting via electronic means as defined in R.S 42:17.2.C. A board member who has such a disability shall be counted towards the making of a quorum under R.S. 42:17.2.1(A).D. A member of the board who has a disability recognized by the ADA is not limited in the number of meetings they may attend electronically.E. A member of the board who participates in a meeting via electronic means shall not be eligible to or receive per diem for attending the meeting.La. Admin. Code tit. 72, § I-209
