Section I-101 - Investment ProceduresA. In accordance with the provisions of R.S. 17:3801(A)(1), there has been established within the state treasury as a special permanent trust fund the Louisiana Education Quality Trust Fund (the "LEQTF"), for the benefit of the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Board of Regents (the "beneficiaries").La.
