Section XXIII-439 - Contract RenewalA. When a contract contains an option for renewal clause, notice of such provision shall be included in the solicitation.B. When such a contract is awarded by competitive sealed bidding, exercise of the option shall be at the department's discretion only, and shall be with the mutual agreement of the Department of Transportation and Development and the contractor.La.
