Section XXIII-431 - Default of ContractorA. Failure to deliver within the time specified in the invitation for bids will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract.B. If the contractor is considered to be in default, the Department of Transportation and Development reserves the right to purchase any or all products or services covered by the contract on the open market and to charge the contractor with costs in excess of the contract price.C.
