Section XXIII-359 - Estimated QuantitiesA. Term contracts and/or indefinite quantity contracts contain no specific quantities given or guaranteed. Only such quantities as required by the department during the contract period will be ordered.B. Estimated quantities are based on the previous contract usage or estimates. Where usage is not available, a quantity of one indicates a lack of history on the item.C. The contractor must supply actual quantities ordered, whether the total of such quantities are more or less than the estimated quantities shown on the bid schedule.La. Admin.
