Section XVII-535 - Completeness of Appraisal and Appraisal Reports (Formerly Section 539)A. The investigation is to be thorough and the appraisal report is to furnish adequate and reasonable information that fully explains and justifies determinations contained within the appraisal report.B. The appraiser must complete all applicable appraisal criteria in accordance with the LDOTD requirements and USPAP and UASFLA as set forth in the Agreement for Appraisal Services. Any departure shall require full justification.C. The fee appraisal work required by the LDOTD involves properties required for projects in which federal or state funds are utilized.
