Section XVII-523 - Interest Being Appraised (Formerly Section 521)A. The interest being appraised is full ownership, less mineral rights. Each appraisal will show an estimated value of the total interest held. No breakdown of individual interests, other than lease fee/leasehold interests, held in the ownership should be made except as specifically instructed by the LDOTD.
