Section XIX-133 - Ineligibility ComplaintsA. Any individual, firm, agency or other person who believes that an applicant certified as a SDBE does not qualify under the standards of eligibility for certification may file a written, signed complaint with the safety programs section. Such complaints must contain sufficient information for the section to determine the validity of the complaint, including specific identification of the affected applicant business; the basis for the belief that the applicant does not meet eligibility criteria; and an identification of the complainant.La.
