Section VII-103 - Applicability of Existing and Prior RulesA. These rules and regulations shall be applicable to offshore terminal facilities for dry bulk cargoes within the jurisdiction of the authority.B. The rules and regulations adopted by the authority on September 30, 1975 as amended by the authority on the third day of August, 1976 shall be applicable to Offshore Terminal Facilities other than Offshore Terminal Facilities for dry bulk cargoes within the jurisdiction of the authority.La.
