Section IX-1107 - NotificationA. Prior to the evidentiary hearing referred to below, the department shall publish in the "Potpourri" Section of the Louisiana Register notice of the date, time and place of the evidentiary hearing. Copies of the notice shall also be sent to the affected parties and other parties who have expressed an interest in the railroad speed limit being considered.La. Admin. Code tit. 70, § IX-1107
