Section IX-1103 - Notification of RailroadA. Upon receipt of the request by the municipality, the director of public transportation shall contact the affected railroad(s) through the local railroad office. If unable to locate a local office, the director shall seek the assistance of the general counsel and legislative representative, Louisiana Railroads, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A copy of the request of the municipality shall be forwarded to the affected railroad.La. Admin. Code tit. 70, § IX-1103
