Section III-301 - GeneralA. The rules and regulations contained in this manual shall apply to all junkyards located within 1,000 feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way on all interstate and federal aid primary highways in Louisiana. These rules do not apply to junkyards in zoned industrial areas, zoned by an authorized zoning commission or those which exist in an unzoned industrial area as defined by the Louisiana Department of Highways and which was approved by the Federal Highway Administration.La.
