Section XXXVI-121 - PenaltiesA. The board may impose a civil penalty of up to $50,000 for each violation of the provisions of the Act or rules.B. The board may revoke the designation of a certified market participant and terminate the cooperative agreement if there is a violation of the Act or rules.C.
