Section XXXIII-129 - Hearings on Alleged Violations of Law and/or RegulationsA. Whenever any establishment which is subject to the requirements of the State Meat and Poultry Inspection Act (R.S. 40:2271-R.S. 40:2299), the Federal Meat and Poultry Inspection Regulations, USDA Handbook 191 and/or these rules and regulations appear to be in violation of any provision(s) thereof, the commissioner of agriculture shall convene a public hearing on the matter, which hearing shall be conducted in accordance with §127 hereof.La.
