Section XXXI-505 - Cooperative Endeavor AgreementsA. For the purpose of implementing the provisions of Acts 2007, No. 461 and these regulations LDAF, through the Commissioner, may enter into cooperative endeavor agreements with other state agencies, federal agencies, or private entities.La.
